I often wonder who makes these big decisions for all of humanity. Is it the scientists? Is it corporations? Is it politicians? Is it the leaders of countries?
I often have the same question, but the one thing I am sure of is that it has to do with political greed and power within a country's governmental framework. It certainly has nothing to do with the well-being of mankind in general. If you watch the movie Oppenheimer, you will get a good idea of how the American governmental system makes such decisions . . . Thank you very much for your comment, Shirley!
